JABLE DE TAO
Jable de Tao is our wine from the island of Lanzarote, Where we bottle all the landscapes, Soils , Types of viticulture and characters behind this bottle. Plots from north to south, Jable floors, Volcanic, Sedimentary, In Geria, Sanded,.... Different plots under the same name to achieve a profile that shows the island in all its aspects. The grape harvest began on 6 and extended to the 3 August, depending on the plot. The plots are harvested in their entirety and pressed as white, lightly racked and then fermented in different containers, As foudres, concrete and 500L barrels.
