LA DIEGO

This wine is called La Diego, It is named after this minority grape variety, typical of a place on the mountain of Juan Bello. A much more neutral strain, Late harvest, and with very good acidity. Old vines planted on eroded volcanic rofe. The Diego was harvested on 23 August, Direct Pressing, Racked and fermented in barrels 500 L. The idea of this wine is to promote a variety that deserves its recognition.
